BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Before coming to Al Falah University, Dr. Yasser Ahmed El Tayeb was the Academic Coordinator of the English Section, Head of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit, Head of the Strategic Plan Office and MBA Director for universities in Egypt and Bahrain. He is also a Full Member of the Higher Education Academy (HEA), the United Kingdom (UK 2016).

Dr. El Tayeb has been an academic since 1997 teaching various academic courses and training programs such as Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Quality Management, Qualitative Research Methods and Research Design & Methodology to name a few.

Dr. El Tayeb is also adept in guiding institutions in the conduct of annual internal program review, supporting these academies in external quality reviews and accreditation of academic programs and achieving and maintain recognition by international professional bodies and managing the quality review process assuring the quality of procedures and practices underpinning learning, teaching, assessment and support.
