BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Fathi Fayeq Mohammad Salameh joined the diverse assembly of faculty members for the College of Business at Al Falah University for the Academic Year 2017 – 2018. He received his Ph.D. in Hospital Management from University of Wales in United Kingdom in 2001.

While doing his dissertation, Dr. Salameh acquired an interest in Time Management Skills and Techniques, Human Resource Management, Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Leadership Theories and Skills, Organizational Behavior, Hospital and Health Management, Computer Skills and Cross Cultural Management all which helped him to be an effective educator. Dr. Salameh also put theory into practice as he worked as a Managing director for a hospital where he also worked as a self-development trainer.

Dr. Salameh worked as a head of Healthcare Administration Department, and heis also adept in handling committees since he previously served as Chairman for Program Development Committee and Curriculum Description Committee in Health Care Administration Department in an institution of higher education in Saudi Arabia.
