BRIEF BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Islam Faisal Abdul Rahman Bourini is associate professor in strategic management and quality, he obtained his PhD about Quality Assurance and Strategic Management from Tenaga Nasional University from Malaysia. He taught undergraduate level of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management, Quality Management, Leadership and Operation Management.

Also, he taught graduate level of business administration with focus on operations management. Dr. Islam is an active research scholar who publishes in peer reviewed journals and conferences indexed by Scopus in the field of strategic management, innovation, Leadership, and green practices within management filed. Moreover, Dr. Islam was appointed as managing Editor for two academic journals based in Malaysia for three years.

Also, he is a member in United Nation (UN)-PRME project at the MENA level committee.

EDUCATION

PhD Ph.D. in business Management (Strategic Management) at Tenaga Nasional University, Malaysia.

MSc (Master of Science) in Management, University Utara Malaysia, college of Business, Malaysia.

BBA Bsc in Business Administration, the Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences bachelor’s degree, Jordan.

      • 2014- 2015 Assistant professor (Full Time), Faculty of Finance & Administrative Sciences, Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia.
      • 2014-2015 Acting Dean for Deanship of university development and quality, Al-Madinah International University, Shah Alam-Malaysia.
      • 2012- 2014 Managing Editor at the Journal of Islamic and Human Advanced Research (JIHAR).
