Dr. Al-Naeli stated that consuming balanced meals and following a healthy diet, are major reasons for promoting physical and psychological well-being.

She further added that, on the contrary, high sugar consumption, and increased saturated fat consumption are linked to health issues such as high LDL cholesterol which can cause heart problems; in addition to, diabetes, cancer diseases, bone diseases, and high levels of blood pressure.

Additionally, Dr. Lama Al-Naeli highlighted the importance of consulting doctors and nutritionists when taking vitamins and mineral supplements as it's essential to know their possible side effects and daily usage. Furthermore, leading a highly active physical lifestyle and drinking an ample level of water are also important factors in promoting a balanced mental state and increasing blood flow to the body.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Lama showed the students an integrated healthy lifestyle that includes examples of consuming frequent, healthy meals in good proportions. These meals consist of fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates, proteins, and dairy products.
